Tears were rolling down Pam’s face, but she kept her voice pleasant and she and Tim had a friendly conversation.
Then it ended. As she sat alone, in the silence, she tried, again to uncover what she had done to make Tammy dislike her so much.
She wondered then, if Tim or someone had poisoned Tammy’s mind.
It was possible that Tim, who virtually owned Tammy’s brain, could have pushed a few remarks here and there….
Pam got herself together.
She had work on Monday and was expected to fill the post.
There was nothing she could do about Tammy now, no way she could alter the attitude, so needed to let it go.
Just park it until next weekend.
