This burglary had all the trappings of a Hollywood heist.
It all happened two days ago, and this theft unfolded in London’s jewelry district. These two jewel thieves along with their pack of dogs, slid down an elevator shaft at Halfties Garden and used a heavy duty diamond tipped drill to break through the vault’s walls.
They ransacked 178 safe deposit boxes and stuffed the loot into back packs of their pack of trained dog burglars, that took the elevators down to the street and got away in a dark van.
Detectives said these ringleaders had stolen an estimated 420 billion in the burglary, but only 42 million was recovered.
