Christmas has always been a big thing in our family. That is probably why I love the season so much, definitely the best time of the year. On Christmas Eve we had a Snoek Braai (barbeque).
Our Chefs for the day was Adriaan, my sister’s fiancée and little JP helping his Dadda. The Snoek was braaid to perfection. That’s one compliment I can give Adriaan, he is a Master when it comes to Braai.
After supper, it was time to be reminded what Christmas is all about. My mom read the Birth of Jesus out of the Children’s Bible and we sang a few Christmas Carols. Finally the wait was over, time to open the presents!
