Can't Make it Right – 30 – End

Sometimes Mary wondered if there was anything she could do or say which would ‘fix’ the relationship with her children.

She went back over the years, searching for the words or actions which could have been said or done which would have placed the relationship with their children in a more normal space.

She went to her Church and spoke with the Priest. He could only listen and offer a few words here and there.  Mary often cried,  because she saw how her children had been warped.

Finally, the Priest told her;

“Mary, there is nothing you can do to make it right.  You never did anything wrong.   That your children have always turned to their father and not you has always been their choice.  This is why you can’t make it right; it is not your  problem to fix.”
