I look for this whenever I am in Iloilo City — I used to work in an NGO that was headed by former FL Ming Ramos — La Paz Park was one of its projects (sadly it was not maintained after it was turned over to LGU)
Ugh, LGUs will always have different “political” and personal agenda. That is sad.
