Barry's Diaries – 91

Barry went to the bathroom, feeling like the frightened nobarry he used to be.  He didn’t spend much time, popping out quickly, trying to play Barry Cool.

He looked at Madison with new eyes.  

She said;

“Barry, in this city there are a lot of abductions, guys like that will ….”

“Yeah, I got that…”  he said in his soft voice.

“You played along just right…” she said.

“I read you…” he replied.

“Yeah, I noticed.”  And she looked at him in a way he’d sit in fire to get.
