Barry called Madison during the first part of their Xmas break. She was full of family stuff, so he didn’t suggest meeting. Yet, they spoke of so much, he felt so close to her.
Christmas was quiet, easy, just relax and catch up. The family went to a few venues, recalling the blah of Ugly Town.
Their focus was on New Year’s.
Barry’s family, as Madison’s was to be at a particular venue for their New Year’s Eve Party. Madison had been informed of another Party, and it is to this one she invited Barry.
Madison’s parents dropped her at that venue as did Barry’s. It was 8:30 when they met up.
They hung around, but nothing was happening, nothing was ready, and the place was no where either wanted to be.
They decided to go to where their parent’s were. It was ten blocks West.
