Barry's Diaries – 17

Barry Smith had  suffered through primary school.  A spoiled brat surrounded by more spoiled bigger brats, he focused  on school work, reading his book, staying to the side, before he was pushed.

He had no friends, not really, just boys like him who wished they weren’t.

As he entered 6th grade Barry began to keep  a diary.

He’d fill it with all the slights and insults he experienced in  his life.

In less than five months, the diary was full, and he bought another.

He went into 7th grade and was still ‘Nobarry’.   Living in  a small town where every one knew each other and everything about them there was no evasion or escape.
