Eating healthy is best, so I try to avoid fried foods, but once in awhile I treat myself to fried chicken. I fried some chicken tenderloins, then put them in the oven to stay warm. The coating I used was gluten free flour, eggs, almond mild, and parsley. I just dipped the chciken pieces back and forth from the egg mixture of almond milk and parsley to the flour mixture twice. It turned out great!
