If I were a sailboater, I would say point me windward. As a person that loves power boats, my response is always pointed me to the sea! Not that all the powerboats I’ve owned over the years or had the chance to operate were near the sea. I suspect that Lake Ripley Wisconsin is about as far from the sea as one can get. It is funny to me when I think about all the time I’ve spent on or near the water over the years. I guess it truly is a piece of who I am. Vacations were often spent finding a beach. I know that my wife as well as loves beaches, water and most importantly for her, clean, none muddy water. She likes riding on the Bay but has said several times that she will not dip a toe into that “dirty” water.
Another day, another trip to Annapolis!
