Yesterday I shared the picture of my office decoration, the minion band-aids. I also, as you can see, have minions on my wall (they are easy to peel stickers). I would have them on the side of my boat if I could. It is funny I guess, what impacts us or makes us pause. I love the Despicable Me movies, even though, there were no children in my house when the first one came out. It was just a movie that I enjoyed for a lot of reasons.
I guess they are a conversation with my inner child.
One of the things I often struggle with is the overall concepts of communication as it relates to leaders. I have had great managers over the years. People that I felt were awesome leaders and people I wanted to follow. I have also had managers who were dishonest. It is funny to me that the most dishonest manager I ever had is a VP now. The best managers can’t rise as high because they are both fair and honest.
I guess honestly only matters in my head.
Anyone can join the photo challenge – post a picture and away you go!
So what did you like about the memories shared?
Aren’t they? I love the minions. It is a guilty pleasure I suspect!
Mostly because I am supposed to be an adult and, they are supposed to be from a children’s film!
I like your rule, it is a good rule that people should be able (within reason) to do what they like.
Luckily I can buy the movie and watch it at home, or rent it on Netflix and pay less than at the theater anyway.
I cannot looks at the Minions without smiling. They are the best and I loved the movie.
As for climbing the ladder, it is always about politics.
Yes. That is the saddest fact of climbing the ladder. Oh well.
Me either! I love the entire series. My kids won’t even watch them with me. They say I am embarrassing because I laugh out loud in the theater.
That is too funny. Let them sit on the other side of the theatre! 🙂
They actually said they wouldn’t go with the last one. I ended up watching it at home on Amazon.
Kids are so funny. The stages they go through, thank goodness they are only stages.
Hmmmmm this suits Doc Andersen no doubt ??? when we went to Universal Studio I lined up just to have a photo with these guys ? guess all of us have that inner child ?. Honest peeps are normally left behind in promotions that observation of yours is true
🙂 truly does. So I have to ask Pixie, how much taller were the minions than you>?
