This was my first meal after finding out my food sensitivities. The hardest part to follow on this new way of eating is that I can’t have any dairy products.
I started out by opening a can of turkey chunks. Then I sliced up some potatoes, tomatoes, and broccoli. I did add some garlic powder, parsley, and a little sea salt for more flavor. I did put two small squirts of ketchup in it.
The meal turned out great. My husband loved it and so did I. The second picture was taken after I added the broccoli. I think the first photo looks better for some reason.. I guess it looks a little saucier.
Would you rather have this dish with or without the broccoli? The meal may not look too Keto-friendly, but I do not think my carb count was too off that day. I did not eat anymore carbs that day except for some fruit.
