The mind is a little too powerful at times lol. I only slept one hour last night. My mind is over thinking I suppose about something that has been troubling me. I try to convince myself I am sleepy, and will fall asleep with ease, but most days it does not work. If you have some suggestions to help me sleep better, please leave your advice in the comment box below.

Try a calming tea after a warm bath. Otherwise some good ole cannabis with very soft music

Lavender flower tea is supposed to be calming. There is info on this on the web.
I think I heard that lavender in the bedroom helps.
I must try this type of tea, it sounds great.
There are certain foods that induce sleep for me a mug of hot milk helps Some suggest having a boiled egg, Last but not the least meditation helps too
I must try warm mild before bed soon.
I don’t know how to advise you because I have no problem sleeping, my dear friend … I sleep like an angel for 7-8 hours a day, but after lunch I usually have 1-2 hours

Worry never solves anything…Trouble with the night time sometimes I get ideas or worry over much myself.
The best I can do is to give my sleep time to the Good Lord upstairs and ask for protection..
May not be much but its one thing…Sometimes I imagine Im dancing it helps..
