One day Stacy fixed this recipe. Keto friendly pretty much as far as I can tell. She started out by baking spagetti squash, and scraping the squash out, and putting into this skillet with a little butter. Then Stacy as you can see on the post is shredding zucchini to look like pasta. Later when it was half finished she put pasta sauce on top, with some organic cheese. Sorry, should have waited to snap a picture after the cheese had melted. The dish was very good,
Second dish-Ignore burned bread lol.
The dish above was my favorite of the day. Everything here is Keto friendly I think except the fried eggplant.
She buttered the pan and fried an egg medium well. Stacy fixed some more zucchini pasta, fried some egg plant, and added a some little red peppers. I have learned how to make Keto mug bread. I decided to try toasting it, but it got burnt. Very delicious meal! I will post the recipe for Keto mug bread soon. It is easy to fix, and works well for people who want a little bread with their meals.
