This is a photo of myself using the Needlepoint effect from Lunapic.My diet journey has begun. Hopefully it will prove to improve my health concerns.

That is impressive (13 pounds) not as easy to do as it sounds!
Any tips for losing weight? I even need a tip to gain weight.
There is exercises to help tone up,which can lead to gaining a few pounds. Buy muscle sport drinks and you could gain some weight.
Thank for the tips, and hopefully, you’ll get the great tips as well.
Sitting down (or staying stationary) less is a great form of “exercise” already … lol
