Many of you know I have been eating healthier these days. This is one of my breakfast ideas. I chopped up an apple, and crumbled a shredded wheat biscuit on top of it. I used unsweetened almond milk with a little sugar and cinnamon. It just makes me want to stick to my diet. I have lost 13 pounds. As of today I have maintained my weight, but want to lose at least two pounds more next week.
For breakfast today I chopped up an apple with a little sugar and cinnamon. Then mixed up an egg and poured it over top of the apples after the apples were mostly softened. Then, I crumbled cinnamon granola cereal on top of it, and mixed it all together until eggs were totally cooked, and it tasted very good,
Now, to exercise the three mile walk after lunch. I have dropped two pant sizes, and I am proud of myself.
