The 360 Photos Challenge #27-40 Visita Iglesia

Visita Iglesia is one activity of every Catholic during Holy Week. Here several Catholic churches are visited to offer some prayers for their intentions. Each church represent one station in the Way of the Cross of Jesus.

The 360 Photos Challenge #27 -Visita Iglesia 1

This is the first church we visited. This the Basilica Minore of Our Lady of Peñafracia. We fondly called her "Ina", our mother. We usually ask for her intercession when we need something. And our wishes are usually granted when we pray sincerely  on her.

The 360 Photos Challenge #29 – Visita Iglesia 3

Saint Bernard The Abbot Parish was the third church we visited. This parish is in Ocampo, Camarines Sur. I remember this church because this is where my grandfather had his last mass. I was a little girl at that time. I remember I was crying and my tears were flowing. It was hard for me to accept his death because I was very close to him.

It was my first time to visit this church in Goa, Camarines Sur. I used to visit my friend here in Goa when I was in college but I never did has a chance to go to Saint John the Baptist Parish Church. I felt overwhelm to come to this church. It was an enlightening experience. I t makes me closer to God.

The 360 Photos Challenge #31 – Visita Iglesia 6

 Saint Joseph the Patriarch Parist is our sixth church. It is located at San Jose, Camarines Sur. This is where my eldest brother married his wife. Coming back to this church reminded me of my childhood memories of a lavish wedding that gone sour. The promises of faithfulness and loyalty to ones partner was easily broken. But this time I made a pact to my partner that I will remain faithful and loyal to him for the rest of my life.

The 360 Photos Challenge #33 -Visita Iglesia 8

This San Pascual Baylon Parish Church in Tinambac, Camarines Sur. This is the eight church we visited. We arrived this place at around 12 noon. It was so hot. My lips were already dried and broken but I was still able to offer a short prayer. Everytime I prayed I felt closer to the Lord. Having experienced the hardship He went through, I feel his love for me.

The 360 Photos Challenge #35 – Visita Iglesia 10

Everytime I went home to my grandparents' place passed by this church but I never got the chance to get inside until now. I offer a prayer to mothers like me who is having a hard time budgeting the finances of my family. I pray that God would hear my prayer. At Nuestra Señora dela Porteria Parish in Calabanga, Camarines Sur, i offer my biggest problem.
