My feeling is when the 2018 calendar year ends, despite all of the terrible disasters that struck our nation like the California fires, Hurricanes Michael and Florence that have decimated the Eastern region of the U S, the holiday season will be remembered for many acts of charity like the stories of Secret Santas buying off items at the layaways at some stores so the customers who could not afford to pay the items before Christmas.
Robert James Richie who is better known by his stage name Kid Rock did his part to spread holiday cheer to the families who live in the Nashville area Wal Mart as he spent $81,000 dollars to purchase merchandise so the customers at the Wal Mart in Nashville could pick up their items that were on layaway.
If there is one thing we can learn in life is that even though a celebrity may not sing songs that appeal to everyone or make movies that we may not like at all, the generous acts of paying off the debts of customers who have items that are on the shelf will gain the admiration of the person who received the good news that the item that was on the shelf is now theirs to keep.
You are correct since a lot of celebrities claim that they are giving back to their communities since they grew up poor as well.
A wonderful post … thanks for sharing
That is true since most celebrities try to keep their good deeds to charity quiet.
That is awesome. Not many famous people would do that.
