I woke up early to go to a meetup at South Coast Plaza. 25 people showed up for this meetup, and we walked through the indoor mall, from 9 am to 10:30 am. The mall was still empty because the stores haven’t opened yet, but there were few people walking inside the mall. We window-shopped designer products and mannequins, while walking through indoor mall alleyways through downtown South Coast Plaza. I noticed many Lunar New Year, Year of the Pig decor as well as Valentine Decor in the window display. I took many snapshots on my walking tour, but I will post only a couple here.
After parking inside the parking structure, across from Tiffanys, I walked to the meetup location, which is next to Ruby’s Diner, located across the pedestrian bridge.

While some people went to Pacific Whey Cafe, I decided to go to Ruby’s Diner because I wanted to try out their vegan burger…
Since the breakfast meals all had eggs, the waitress told me I can use the lunch menu. I enjoyed my vegan burger and fries in Brunch at Ruby’s Diner…
I checked out the interesting vintage decor, which is similar to the art I like to do…
