My sister has two cats and guess what, she is a cat fanatic or maniac or …. Anyway, she has several cat figurines so when I saw the one as you can see from the above picture, I just could not help myself getting it for her. It is from a well known Canadian based company. (I am not sure if I am allowed to post their name). So what do you think? I thought it was so cute and precious. I received it through the mail, not too long ago, in perfect condition despite its travel. It is now wrapped and ready to be given on Christmas. But since I know my sister is not even aware of Virily, I could not help myself posting it here. Also, because her birthday is on the 4th of January, she will be getting a Chrismas present and a birthday present all in one. Here are some more photos of the previous little figurine, but please bear in mind they were taken in daylight but since the skies are very grey here and the lighting was poor, the pictures are not that great.
And here is the little kitty in front of the Chrismas card that I intend to present to her. In the card, I wrote something like “Just a little winged angel kitty cat to protect you from your dreams and nightmares”. My sister has dreams and/or nightmares every night, it seems as I can often hear her moan, or talk aloud, or emiting seemingly scared low screams. I hope the little tike will help her sleep better.
So, what do you all think. Do you think she will be happy with my gift selection? I surely hope so.
BTW, just in case I do not write another post before Chrismas, I want to wish every Virilyans and the administration of Virily a very MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR.

Yes isn’t it adorable. BTW my sister just loved it and now the little cat angel is displayed prominently on the chimney mantelpiece in the living room. I once also collected various souvenirs and cat statues, now most have been lost or damaged.

except that cats are the opposite of angelic
Oh I beg to differ Alex. Most animals (dogs, cats, even raccoons, deers, beavers etc. except for snakes) are all angelic in my eyes. They do not harbour ill will against humans, most of them are friendly and non aggressive except if provoked and cats and dogs are man’s best friends. But that is only my little opinion.
I don’t see how something angelic would play with their food, as it were. That’s just my observation…
OK dokey I will take that. Runt and my poor departed Tasha often played with their food and even would and still try to bury it in the house somewhere. But I still loved/love them both and I enjoy their company. That is what I mean mostly by angelic.
To my way of thinking, calling a carnivore angelic is like saying angels are predators. But I do tend to overanalyze things and expect most folks would agree with you…
