Worst investing advice ever

Three days ago, investment writer Maximilian Dorn wrote an article claiming that now is the right time to invest in Bayer.  This counsel on finances is the worst investment advice that I have experienced in my entire life.

What makes the advice so horrible is that he lists the main reason why a person should not invest in Bayer.  Since Bayer has acquired in 2018, the financial debt of the company has tripled.  The more debt results in less profit.  Less profit means that the stock prices will drop.  He disproved his advice in his own article.  Buying Monsanto is by far the worst business decision made in the modern era of economics.  Why trust for Bayer to fix the situation?
