Abusers, no matter what role they play in life know they are inferior.  This is why they adopt the guise of superiority.

This is why a Boss from Hell will destroy his own business, make himself uncomfortable, put himself in untenable positions,  if it allows him to exert his will over others.

Mike,  a perfect example of  the Boss From Hell will never change.   He will always be that kind of abuser.    He will push around an employee until s/he quits.

That he loses thousands of dollars a year because of his behaviour is not weighed.  That for a day, a week, a month, he was able to dominate another person is important.

This is what one must never forget.   No matter what happens to him, to his business, he will never change.

Kind actions,  gifts,  days off with day, and other ‘goodies’  are offered when he, in  his pathetic ability to read people, believes he is going to lose one of his slaves.

Sometimes, he will even give the appearance of change.   This is part of the deception.   A Boss From Hell will never change.
