My 1000 plus posts on VIRILY

Well, friends, I touched 1000 plus posts mark on virily.com only day before yesterday and I have now a total of 1010 posts. This has been a long journey for me and was so entertaining and stimulating that I cannot describe it in words. I was able to share with you all my thoughts and going on in real and imaginary lives. The response of readers has been largely encouraging which further egged me on to take the efforts to contribute more article. Wish me luck in taking this number forward to at least double in shortest possible time. I also seek your support in extensive reading and in visiting the embedded links as a measure of support and encouragement.

By the way, are we in the know that many blogging websites reward large contributors with higher proportion of revenue sharing. I wonder if virily.com follows this formula to egg on its contributors. If anybody knows that virily.com is following such a formula would you please confirm it to me and also share the slab system they might be following. If virily.com does not follow such a fair formula, then what do fellow bloggers have to say in this regard.

Kindly do let me know your views on such contributions’ based revenue sharing formula.

  1. You have reached a very significant goal. I know that in your heart this causes you to know that you can do anything that you set your mind to doing. You can apply this to other areas of your life as well.

  2. I think Virily relies on advertising and affiliate income. They don’t have their own product so the income of the site could be that small compared to some sites who have their own way of generating revenue aside from advertising.affiliate.

    • I guess you are right and virily has not yet grown to the size of other blogging websites that it could reward its bloggers handsomely..why it cannot offer a share in ownership to its bloggers ..how is the idea?

  3. Congrats on 1000 posts! That is a lot of hard work!

Well, most of us are used to the merit system which reward hard work and results… I think that’s pretty fair but I don’t think there is such a system on Virily. However, you get rewarded for each views and interaction you attract within the site. You do not get paid for non-member views/visits…

    • Thanks for the congrats ali, it is rather sad to know that virily.com does not have such a fair system of rewarding its contributors. It was also rather strange to know that non-member views are not rewarded. Well I think the rewarding formula should be there, what do you think.

    • yeah what I found most disturbing that external views are now not getting rewarded which means that virily has become an exclusive club of members-only earnings which is rather a narrow approach

      • You’re welcome.
I do see it a little contradicting if Virily wishes for more external views then they should motivate users to share (via rewarding Virils) … but maybe Virily still haven’t found a solution to track and reward without messing up the system …

At least that’s what I learn … meanwhile I guess they’re happy with being members-only … perhaps till they work things out …

  4. I hope they never pay more for those who do more. I think the level playing field is a better way to keep a site active and people joining. People who come to the site with new and fresh ideas are very valuable.
