At a particular business, the owners change their security service every six months.
This is to prevent the security officers becoming too friendly with the staff.
They also discharge staff members they think are getting ‘too friendly’.
Do not try to stretch your brain, or bend logic to make sense of this.
Every successful business has persons who work together. Who care about each other. It leads to a comfortable working environment when people like each other and come to work to see each other.
Of course, there are those who have twisted views and think having a work environment where everyone dislikes everyone else, is profitable.
