Due to the Covid -19 virus many restaurants jumped from dining in to take out and deliver; even top restaurants. Those who make it quick and smooth will coast through this lock down. Those who have problems will not survive.
This ability to see a situation, think fast, and make the right move are hallmarks of successful businesses.
Those which don’t know what to do or don’t gauge their responses to those of their competitors will fail.
Too many businesses don’t watch their competitors so don’t know what to do to exceed them. They have lots of excuses which will explain to their shareholders why they failed.
They don’t need to explain to the public, because the public has moved on.
This is the hallmark of a failed business.
