When there is a need to implement cut backs, the most important aspect is to not let the public know.
If they don’t know, they will not remove their business; causing more shortfalls and cutbacks.
Again, I’m using a supermarket because as you read the word, there is an image in your mind.
Just imagine going to the supermarket and seeing longer lines because there are fewer cashiers, imagine packing your own bag, because there are no baggers.
You know that the supermarket is cutting jobs. Cutting jobs because it is going out of business. You consider options, and it is likely you find another supermarket.
Maybe you change your route so as not to pass it, maybe you begin purchasing most stuff from another venue. As most people will do the same, going out of business is sped up.
