There is a line between what an employer may deem too much fraternization among the employees and a comfortable work environment.
Some Employers have Inferiority complexes and they live in a kind of terror that their workers will gang up on them.
Some Employers drive wedges between workers trying to make them hate each other, and believe whatever lies he concocts.
It is not strange for a Boss to warn his new employees about each other, as if he’s some kind of Daddy looking after them.
This is very unwise because if workers are ‘at war’ the battleground is the office.
Few Employers have the confidence to let the workers form their own attachments and that they aren’t going to gang up on him.
