More Trouble Shooting Tips – 36

One of the ‘unforgivable’ mistakes a business makes is when it creates an expectation that certain products or services are available and they are not.

Take a supermarket.

You bought chocolate peanut butter, liked it, come back to buy another jar, and the shelf is empty.

You ask where it is, if it has been ordered, and are told that the delivery should be next week Tuesday.

On Wednesday you arrive, it isn’t there, and are told that it didn’t arrive or whatever sop.

You then go to another supermarket and see if it is available.

However, the real ‘take away’ is that if you don’t see the item it is not there, not going to be there, so go elsewhere.

And as is obvious. when someone goes elsewhere, they might stay elsewhere.
