December 4th is Windy and SuperMoon Monday

Monday, December 04, 2017

Today, I continue working on analyzing my bank statements, mostly to check for errors and discrepancies. As I went through the months for 2017, I realized it was similar to reading my numerical monthly journal because it displayed where I have been and what I have done for that month, summarizing my overall month. It was mostly filled with bills and grocery shopping, but occasional sales at some stores, such as Charlotte Russe, Forever 21, Urban Outfitters, Target, Walmart, Office Depot, Michaels, Joanns, and the late Wet Seal, Scents Avenue 2, and Sports Authority, who are no longer with us today because of economic issues. I have discovered monthly patterns and routines, such as weekly trips to the closest ATM machine.

I decided to stop at 4:30 pm in order to get ready for my evening walking group hike. I drove out at 5:30 pm because of rush hour traffic, even though the meetup was very close. At 6 pm, 15 people walked around and through Mason Park. It was dark and very windy. I noticed the bright and big full moon, and someone mentioned that it is a SuperMoon, which is 40% larger than a regular full moon. Although I was wearing a scarf and slouchy beanie, I should have also worn my windbreaker. We returned to our parked cars in one hour, and some people decided to hang out at UTC for a snack. I bought a small cappuccino, which warmed me up because I felt cold. By 9 pm, everyone dispersed to their house. As I type on my computer, I can hear the heavy winds outside, swishing fall leaves and tree branches hither and thither. Soon, the trees will be bare, and the weather will be even colder for southern California wintertime.

Therefore, my monthly financial analysis of my bank statements accurately summarized my months, which is apparently routine and predictable. But it also displayed my preferred lifestyle, food choices and activities, which accurately describes my personality. I end this day with a local park group hike, mostly guided by the glowing SuperMoon as well as some streetlights and car lights. We relax and hang out at a local joint before most people’s bedtime.

In this IMVU snapshot, my avatar enjoys a SuperMoon night, as she waits for her party to arrive at her beach cabin.
