Try these juices to have a better health

In addition to discover delicious juices, these drinks are also excellent for your health. They have specific benefits for something in concrete. Furthermore, these juices are easy to prepare. The only thing you need, apart from the fruits, of course, is a blender.

GRAPEFRUIT WITH KIWI

Mix two grapefruits with one kiwi. This juice is excellent for the liver.

APPLE WITH CARROTS

Mix two apples with three carrots; this juice is aimed at preventing allergic symptoms that are typical of spring.

MANGO JUICE

With only a mango you could obtain the daily dose of Vitamin C we need. What is more, this juice is perfect to have good tanning in the sense mangoes are the fruit with the biggest dose of carotenoids. It will make you get tanned easily.

KHAKI WITH ORANGE

Like the last juice, this one helps you to have a good skin color. Mix one orange with one khaki. Add a little bit of lemon juice once you have the khaki and the orange entirely mixed.

GRAPES WITH ORANGE

Mix 150 grams of grapes with one orange. This juice is excellent when you are feeling tired and you do not have plenty of energy. This juice helps you to gain vitality. Have this juice for a week to be fully energetic.

STRAWBERRIES WITH BANANA

Grab 15 strawberries and mix them with one banana. This juice is a perfect beauty recipe as it contains a lot of nutrients all we ought to obtain daily. Similarly, this tasty juice works as an invigorating recipe; you will feel fresher and healthier.

PEAR WITH LIME

Pears are rich in potassium. Limes are rich in vitamin C, when you mix both not only you have a delicious drink, you have also a recipe to clean your body. Toxins will be removed from your organism. All you need is two pears and one medium lime. What is more, this juice is good to lose weight.

JUICE OF MANDARINE

Take 5 mandarins and make a juice with them. This is a beauty recipe as mandarins are good at making our skin and face look radiant.

BLACKBERRY WITH MANGO

Lastly, I have one special recommendation. I do not know for what this juice is good but I can assure you it is delicious. This is one of my favourite juices. Mix strawberries with blueberries, raspberry and orange.
