This Coronavirus is the new Jason and Freddie, continuingly terrorizing people on Friday 13th and beyond. I watched many videos on Youtube about it, and I decided to post three if them below. Today, I had a walking meetup. But the sky looked too cloudy and cool, and I just didn’t feel like going, even though they didn’t cancel today’s meetup. I don’t think it rained this evening.
#1 Holistic Prevention
Get 6 to 8 of sleep
Exercise on a daily basis
Reduce stress or stressful situations
If you do get it, stay home and relax.
Eat colorful fruits and vegetables
Add herbs and spices
Eat fermented foods—filled with probiotics
Drink a lot of water to be hydrated
Take a daily probiotic supplement, at least 5 billion cfu
Vitamin C—1000-2000 mg per day
Vitamin D3—1000-4000 IU per day
Zinc—15 mg per day
Fish oil—omega-3 fatty acids. (Since I don’t eat fish, I use vegan butter, which has omega-3)
Avoid close contact with people who appear to be sick
Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth
I need to buy lots of vitamins

I just take a vegan multivitamin and natural supplements
