This video provides some tips to appear taller. And, with some daily stretches, you might actually grow an inch or two because most people slouch a lot and appear shorter than their actual height. I have noticed when I sleep on my back, especially on a hard floor, I wake up in the morning feeling much taller because my back is very straight and my shoulders are back.
