The workout

These past few days I have not had much motivation to workout, so to get back into my groove I have started simply walking the neighborhood. Between isolation due to Covid-19, the heat, and the fact that nothing is really open plays with my desire to do anything. I will be glad when our gyms are open again, so that I can be in an environment where I can feed off of energy from others and utilize actual fitness equipment.

A reasonable goal for me is two walks a day on my non run or cycling days.

HIIT Workout

  • Jump Rope
  • One Leg Rope Jump
  • Butt Kickers
  • Twisted Mountain Climbers
  • Prisoner’s Squat
  • Rest
  • Back & Forth Squat
  • Jumping Jacks

Only 4 minutes, but it did leave me winded! Each exercise was no more than 30 seconds. I would like to incorporate with my yoga exercises.

Bonus exercises

  • 30 Bicycle Crunches
  • 20 Push ups
  • Jumping Jacks
