The workout

I tend to feel depressed on the days I take off from working out, so I those are the particular days I have to focus on myself  such as doing things I love or eating the foods I like. And with all going on in the world right now I have to really focus on myself because at the end of the day I am all I got once I walk outside of my door.

Back from a refreshing day off, so I started early so that I can possibly get out doors on either the trail or on my bike. The new exercise today was, the tree! Also known as the shoulder stand. I am very familiar with it and have done it a few times in the gym. It is also one of the first yoga poses I attempted because I loved that it gives my blood the chance to recirculate being that I am upside down. Here are 7 Benefits of the Shoulder Stand Yoga Pose
