From this day forward I will just refer to my ‘knee to chest’ workouts in the prone position as mountain climbers because basically it is, but a slower version of a mountain climber. I love the fact that it works to lower portion of the abdominal muscles because that tends to be the area where most people struggle with belly fat.

I felt very good keeping this treadmill run at a 8 minute mile pace.

Upper body workout for the day: Dips; Pull ups; Row machine

Oh boy, it has been a while since I have done a row machine workout. It is really an ass kicker and gives me the opportunity to see how out of shape I am in, lol.

- 10 Pull ups
- 10 Dips
- 10 Pull ups
- 5 Dips
- 5 Pull ups
- 500 meter row
