The workout

I love paying my money  to utilized the fitness center because I am one that likes to get my money’s worth during my workouts.  If I don’t get my money’s worth, then it is just a waste of money. It is only $5 every visit; nothing too much to break the pocket plus there is an indoor farm near where I shop after; purchasing a healthy meal to eat later in the day.

Workout:

  • 7.20 mile bike
  • 15 Dips
  • 15 Pull ups
  • 20 Knee raises
  • 15 Dips
  • 15 Pull ups
  • 20 Knee raises
  • 15 Bicep curl reps – 30 pounds
  • 10 Bicep curl reps – 30 pounds
  • 30 Sit ups
  • 30 Mountain climbers
  • 30 Leg raises
  • 20  Minute walk – 1.12 miles

It is such a process working the lower abdominal muscles.  I admit, sometimes I just want to go and get surgery done to have fat removed in that area because it is never ending work.
