Osho Zen Meditation Cards for July

Friday, July 26, 2019

I decided to do some meditation for insight with my OSHO ZEN cards that I created by printing all 79 cards from on internet on thick, white paper, and then laminating them with clear packaging tape. They look good but kind of crooked, which isn’t really a big deal. I randomly picked three cards for my meditation. I placed The Source, Intensity, and Integration, side by side, and studied their colorful scenes. I decided to use these three only upright.

The Source is a Fire and Action card. It is about following my gut feelings and taking action to get results. It involves being grounded and centered, as well as connecting to God, which involves silent meditation. An Ace, in general, is a positive card, which has to do with a blessing or gift from God.

Knight of Fire is about Intensity, and it is another Action card. It is recommended to stay focused and move straight to the goal, and move fast with intense energy. It is also important to be in the present moment at all times.

Integration card is a Major Arcana card. It is about a fusion with opposites, coming together as one. It involves lots of communication. Such opposites work together as a team to create a unified whole. It is all about self-creation, new life, and a positive union. I also notice some kind of cycle going on.

  1. If you are just starting out, I recommend you meditate for anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes every day. You can start with even less. Maybe try it for 1 minute in the morning. And when you can sit still and relax for that long, move to 2 minutes.
