When an Employer stands shouting an employee for ten minutes, an not for the first time, we all know, yes! This is a Boss from Hell!

We should have realised when…
What we need to focus on is the simple fact that an Abuser gets pleasure from Abusing. Nothing gives him greater joy.
When a man sacrifices a benefit because it will ‘hurt’ his wife, that is when we should note his true nature.
Whether it is refusing to eat the meal she cooked, or attend that special function, his need to hurt overrides all pleasure. Aha! We must say, This is an abusive husband.
When the Employer wastes time to bark at employees, discards good work to ‘punish’ the worker, we must say, Aha! This is a Boss From Hell!
We have to be alert to the signs before we go off the cliff.
