Today I got in a 10-minute yoga session prior to getting ready for work. My yoga routines were thrown off last week due to my crazy work days during the holidays. I hope after this session that I can get back on track because I was on a roll, doing at least three sessions a week!
A very basic session today that was produced by Sarah Beth that I hope to imitate from time to time. Strava badge TRIBE Plant Power 60 gained during this workout which required at least 60 minutes of recorded within a week’s timeframe.
