Making Plans with New Schedule this Summer

I went to a family doctor in my area. Since I am a new patient, he just gave me a basic checkup to gather information. I showed him my legs and feet, and he told me it’s not a big deal. So, I guess I will try to continue my usual workout schedule of meetups and gym. He sent me to the lab next door to take blood and urine sample.

But I think I will still do my own natural remedies, such as wearing compression socks, and massaging my whole body with Coconut Shea Butter Vitamin E cream as well  as some tea tree oil before bedtime. I need to drink a lot of water to keep myself hydrated as well as eat enough sodium throughout the day. I might walk less in meetups during the summer because I don’t want to get dehydrated in the summer heat. I will keep my walking light for this summer, until it cools off again. 

When I came home, I decided to walk to Trader Joe’s to make out my list for next week. I will probably go back at the end of this weekend. 

I checked my calendar and I noticed that there is Concert at the local Park this evening at 5 pm. I might check it out, if I am bored.
