How to Lose the Holiday Weight

A friend of mine has just told me that she suffers special pressure to stay skinny and not get fatter. She is asking everybody for this question:

“How to lose the holiday weight I gained this season?”.

These are her fitness goals:

♦ starting the day counting calories

♦ eating healthy and exercising

but she does not still fit into her favorite jeans.

Do you try to eat healthy?

I do my best to eat healthy.

Do you excercise on regular basis?

I try to be active.

Are you on a diet now?

I am not on a diet now.

Are you happy with your weight?

Yes, I am happy. I want to maintain my weight.
