Health report.

Lat week my daughters school held medical week and did students medical checkup.Its a good well reputed school so they do check health on annual basis  and make health reports of them.

I was glad to receive her health report which was perfectly fine with bp reading ,weight,height, eye checkup etc

They sent health report of my daughter she is a healthy ,active and intelligent kid.
