Gym workout; ootd (outfit of the day); 365 Photos Challenge #74

  • 30 Push Ups
  • 50 Sit Ups
  • 30 Push Ups
  • 30 Pound repeats of 20 Bicep Curls
  • 25 Repeats of Double Leg Lifts
  • 20 Repeats of Double Leg Lifts
  • 30 Sit Ups
  • .50 Mile run
  • 5 Minute Elliptical

This workout did not go the way I wanted it to go because I got myself involved in a conversation that started prior to me finishing my double leg lift workout. My focus just was not there, but I hope to resume what I did not finish tomorrow. There is just somethings that you do not do, and that is interrupt someone while working out. It is like tugging on Superman’s cape, or spitting in the wind! Sheesh! I wanted to deeply focus on my abdominal muscles, and get somewhat of a decent cardio workout in.
