Gym workout; Heart rate; ootd (outfit of the day)

  • 1 Mile run (Heart rate 136)
  • 40 Sit Ups
  • 10 Minutes on Elliptical – Fat burn (Heart rate 148)
  • 10 Pull Ups
  • 20 Push Ups
  • 10 Pull Ups
  • 25 Push Ups
  • 2.16 Mile bike ride
  • 30 Sit Ups

My main focus during this workout was my heart rate, keeping it below 150! After yesterdays workout, I loved the feeling of keeping it in the moderate Aerobic range, which is the 70-80% intensity range. Once I start training for my outdoor fitness races next year, I would like to increase that intensity range to 80-90%.

As for my previous workout rant.I avoided that member from my previous workout conversing with me by getting straight into my workout once I arrived, starting where I left off after being interrupted.
