For the cooldown, I went on the stationary bicycle, which was a leisurely ride while watching TV. I rode for 4 miles in 30 minutes, burning 65 calories.
In total, I did 8.34 miles in 95 minutes, or 1 hour and 35 minutes, burning 758 calories.
I noticed at the door that the gym now has longer hours.
