Gallbladder, gallbladder – a very important organ!

I don’t know for the time being patients who tell me they don’t have bile and have had bile surgery.

All would be wonderful and wonderful if they hadn’t told me yet that no one had told them how important an organ was.

On the contrary, that the gallbladder is an ordinary and irrelevant organ and that the operation of the gallbladder is a routine procedure without any complications.

Encouraged by such outrageous information from practice, I decided to write this article as a message and lesson to all those who feel that gallbladder and gallbladder (bag) have no function.

It is even more frightening if those who feel that the gallbladder has no function come from medical colleges or work in the medical professions and provide some medical services. Such people can do more harm than good because of their ignorance and lack of information.

The functions of the bile

Without further ado, here are the bile functions:

  • detoxification of the intestines from poison – bile dissolves poisons;
  • regulating intestinal acidity – thus preventing bowel cancer;
  • digestion and dissolution of most fats – required for the hormones, immunity and lubrication of the eye, skin and joints;
  • absorption of vitamins D, E, A, K – each of which has at least 5 functions – so when you have none, you have at least 5 problems for each unabsorbed vitamin;
  • Regular emptying of the intestines – thus releasing waste and poisons, and if the emptying is not regular we have recycling / return of poisons to the body – clouded mind – because the poisons circulate to the brain!

A smart person will realize by now how important bile is.

Digestive system

So the summary of the five areas of the digestive system is: liver, gall bladder, stomach, pancreas and intestines.

The liver produces bile. The liver produces 350 ml of bile a day at least, but unless there is a gallbladder in which bile is collected and concentrated from the liver, it is diluted and not strong enough to carry out the necessary tasks. As if you wanted to wash all the greasy dishes with one drop of detergent.

The gallbladder is a reservoir for holding the digestive juices coming from the liver . And from that reservoir, bile is discharged into the intestine as needed during the digestion process.

The purpose of the stomach is also to create acid for protein breakdown and absorption of minerals, and the strength of the stomach acid must be very strong in order to digest protein from the meat, while a smaller portion goes into the small intestine. These proteins are further digested via gallbladder bile , and one of the purposes of bile is to digest fats and absorb fatty nutrients such as fat-soluble vitamins.

The pancreas produces a lot of enzymes that digest proteins and fats, and it also produces certain hormones.

Thus, the gallbladder does not produce, but retains, ie concentrates the bile so that the bile can perform its function .

If there is not enough bile or the bile begins to transition from the liquid to the gel state, the formation of gallstone begins .

So the gallbladder can be filled with stones, then it swells and with its volume squeezes the nerve that just goes past the bile to the right shoulder, and then our right shoulder, neck and face hurt.Normal gallbladder should contain liquid bile , not gelled. And maintaining your bile is a lifelong task. This is done through food. There are foods that thin and thicken body fluids.

Bile is actually a detergent that dissolves fats from our food or oils from dietary fats from vegetables and fats from meat. Thus, the long-chain fat that is difficult to digest is broken down into smaller pieces of fat, the so-called short chain fats that are more easily digestible. These fats are important for our immunity and have anti-inflammatory effects.

Also, these fats are important for the healthy appearance of our body and face skin .

In this way bile extracts nutrients from fatty foods .

The bile also acts as a detoxifier , if anything comes poisonously dissolved in fat, the bile will break it down. Bile is also important in detoxifying the food we eat and the undesirable particles that come from the food into the digestive system.

When the gallbladder is removed or is dysfunctional, it does not mean that the problem has disappeared, but that it does not have enough bile to perform its function.

The bile is very alkaline , the opposite of the acid in the stomach, which must be very acidic. So when the acid from the stomach goes down into the intestines and acidifies them too much, the bile neutralizes this effect by restoring / reducing the acidity of the intestines to normal .
