Ellie has started the challenge of Sharing Is Caring. It took me enough time to consider sharing something here until I decided to share about Healing, at least Self Healing.
How much money have we spent on health, personal, family or corporate? Can we minimize those costs; good money, time, feeling? Can we become more independent in our health affairs, not just talking about a healthy lifestyle with a common paradigm; eat, rest, exercise, and go to the doctor when ill?
Indeed, man is a living miracle. So far we have proved that we have experienced various healings, from various illnesses, in various ways. But have we ever asked, can we heal ourselves and also help heal others more independently? Not just hang the fate of our health or healing in the hands of others? Have you ever wondered what it’s like to facilitate such healing for others? Do you feel called to it?
Interesting or not, all of us, as human beings actually have the same structure, composition, and dimension. I personally feel grateful to understand why I am sick when I feel better able to rely on myself to heal myself and feel meaningful when I can share the benefits to heal others or at least make others happy. A healer is someone who expands their consciousness and conducts healing energy to help others resolve whatever is ailing them on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual planes. Sometimes the help they provided would heal disease, heal the psyche, or bring greater harmony between human groups or between humans and nature. They also served as intermediaries or messengers between the human world and the spirit worlds. Present-day energy healers contribute the same value. They are naturally gifted and usually called to this area of study by a profound life event. Many seek further training through energy healing courses, so they can help their friends and family or help thousands find relief from emotional and physical pain.
Then how, why and what is the essence?
1. Increase Our Consciousness
One of the most important things is to understand and realize that we are part of the vast universe around us, and we are connected with it all. When we are amazed and absorbed in the wonder of nature, music, yoga, prayer, or just silence, when we feel so small or carried into the contemplative atmosphere, we have been delivered by nature into an expanded state of consciousness.
It is the best state to get guidance and direction for our lives so that our energy field is replenished and to get the information and instructions we need for healing, or for a broader increase of consciousness itself. Being in an expanded consciousness allows us to connect with our higher quality and the field of all possibilities. All the knowledge and power we need to bring about change in our self and others out there, just beyond our everyday sense.
When we can access integrated plane intentionally, we have the ability to find anything in the universe that can be our foundation in helping others achieve the transformation in their lives, which is the basis of energy healing.
2. Examine Our Beliefs
Dig, recognize and analyze our values and beliefs, to know ourselves, and develop an open mind. Why is it so important to check our beliefs? Because some of them may limit you, it may hinder us – especially those that come from thoughts based on fear, attachment, and desire. These three things are always limiting rather than expanding. In general, our most important beliefs are unconscious. Almost all of that we get from other people, both from our parents, school, culture, and social interaction, and that trust becomes our prime mover in carrying out most of our life. Our unconscious beliefs can prevent us from becoming what we want to be. It is almost impossible to grow and develop, to pick up new information and make new choices when we are limited to operate solely in accordance with pre-existing ideas. Part of our duty in life is to reach beyond our conditioning boundaries and live up to what we want. Once we are clear in our self, we can be a clear channel for others.
3. Being A Source Of Energy
Aligning the inner life with the practice of life and the spirit of serving is fundamental. Because the inner and outer harmony in our lives facilitates healing. The connection is one of the most powerful forces for healing.
There are so many opportunities to serve everyone we meet throughout our day. Be aware of the love that fills us and flows it out, fills the spaces and the people around us. Being more loving in every moment interaction of our is how we heal our self and others on their journey. Be friendly to everyone, keep your composure and be patient in all situations. You are serving every time we send a stream of attention to others, which cleans space for us to receive more of the expanded energy from the higher consciousness we seek. No matter how many people we touch through our service, just spread out our light in whatever arena we are called to serve.
4. Be Sincere Completely
When that ability comes to us, and our compassion is eager to share love to help, encourage or heal, work sincerely, without expecting anything, anything, either reward, thanksgiving from others, or even healing itself. Intend only to work as a divine tool, not more than that, but when healing happens, thank the Divine with full of gratitude.
5. Stay Away From Cultivation
We are just tools. It is He Who is the One who has that consciousness and healing ability, and not us in the flesh and blood packs that have the name according to our parent’s gift. Cult reinforces the ego that breaks our consciousness, our connectedness as developed in the first stage. We must begin to learn not to thirst for praise and flattery, even if we get praise, kiss it like kissing the flowers in the garden without feeling like that we are the flower itself. It is not the reflection of the sunlight that grows the plant but the sun itself.
Being a source of energy! That’s the phrase! Good one!
Thank you very much for your visit and appreciation, Elena.
It’s always a pleasure to read good articles and wise words! 🙂 Actually thank YOU!
Hope it can give you a bit of benefit, Elena.
Such an amazing piece of advice, Albert! We often forget how much our state of mind and attitude towards life can influence your overall health. Thank you for sharing this wonderful post as a part of my challenge!
I am honored that you appreciate this article, Ellie. I am a little awkward to separate or differentiate this post from my other posts.
You are right, I am convinced and experienced significantly that our paradigm greatly affects our life and health.
any one of those topics could be an entire post
Actually, those all is an integral whole indeed.
They’re all interconnected, but each one could be broken out into a standalone post
I know, brother, but because the idea is about generating potential as a healer then all that is what is needed. Besides, I’ve written those things in different angles…
There’s nothing wrong with an overview
…and I’m glad if anyone thinks about it seriously, both in general and in specific.
anyone should be glad to give this topic serious consideration
Well, at least you are serious about this topic. Thanks
I try to be serious, but sometimes my sense of humor gets in the way
Then you don’t have to say “lucky guess” if now I say that “I know you often joke in commenting”.
No, I don’t but I might anyway…
I already guess that you will give an answer like that. Either smart or lucky, maybe both.
Yes, I am pretty predictable
Hahaha… There is a strong tone of resignation here
there would be if I thought being random was a virtue…
We all learn while we are in this world. I like to listen to the advice of older people with a lot of experience in life.
I agree with your opinion, we are indeed in the world to learn, from anyone and anything.
Am I suppose to see an eye in the post image// I do and it is self healing just to look at it. I am going to start doing yoga once again. I need it! Thank you for sharing this
Paying close attention is the way of consciousness, and you have done well by looking at the eye. Doing yoga again is a great spirit!
This post reminds me so much of my dear Grandmother. She would tell us if we felt sick, or felt like we were getting sick..she would say, Don’t claim it. It you say you have the flu, you have the flu. It is mind over matter! She was such a wise lady. I miss her so and learned a ton about life from her.
Nice photo by the way.
By the way, Thank you very much, Carol.
Your grandmother has taught you something right! He has clearly taught how our subconscious power should determine the conscious reality of our physical being! She must be a wise woman! You are very lucky, Carol! Proactively, we can do your grandmother’s advice by saying often in silence and quiet “I’m happy, I’m healthy, I’m at peace at this moment” and more.
Yes indeed I miss her so much. I do say a lot of the things she taught me every day.
That’s great, Carol. I understand more about where the power comes to you!
Thanks again. Actually, this is something I hesitate to write and post here even though I have long wanted to do it.
Hmm… some people have advised me to write this thing, either in comments or messages, other than I am also eager to write this, but on the other hand, I sometimes feel like offering something that people are not interested in, or boring others.
Indeed, they who asks me to write this kind of thing is of course because feel interest and curious, while others may be bored. But when I post this article, I think it does not matter what other people think, like it or not, are interested or bored, all posts of everyone here also have those portions as well, right?
You are right, my friend…
Thank you so much, Tas. Without this kind of post, my chance to post non-photo images is limited.
My routine posting is 365 Photos Challenge, and it’s always a photo that has to accompany with writing, with my limited time, but with a challenge like this, I can post other works besides the photo, of course by increasing the time quota… hehe…
I prefer painting/drawing rather than photography, and I am more comfortable delivering messages through poetry than articles/opinions.
Before I get involved with any challenge here, everything I post is paintings/illustrations and literature (poems) that support each other or describe each other, and that is my dominant passion, besides, painting and poetry are more artistic while articles which I usually wrote lately more “feels” like a sermon, and that makes me feel a little awkward. I hope you understand what I mean by this explanation.
Thank you very much, Tas
Actually, I see both your main comment, and I have reply both, right?
and I thank you for that, Tas.
Okay, my apology if our discussion has caused confusion for you. I’m glad that we’ve talked about something here and I’m grateful for that.
Okay, Tas. Thank you very much
