Debloat and Hydrate Tips

I like her tips for de-bloating.

  • Juice one lemon in one bottle of water. Hydrating with water is important, especially for me because I get dehydrated easily.
  • Meals should include balanced portion sizes
  • Fruits and veggies because filled with fiber.
  • Eat slowly. Consider chewing at least 32 times.
  • Sautee some veggies
  • Soak beans and lentils overnight. (I need to remember that.)
  • NatureMyst Probiotics and Nature’s Way Activated Charcoal. (I have Nature’s Way Probiotics).
  • Organic chamomile tea before bedtime
