Day 3: My Toe/Feet Therapy

Monday, May 27, 2019, Memorial Day

Day 3 of my journey to rid my toe and feet fungus.

When I woke up this morning, I thought it was Sunday. But by noon, I soon realized it is Monday. I continue to apply the two creams and one nail lacquer, hoping and praying it is going to work. Then, I decided to wash my ASICS sneakers. It still looks clean and new from the outside because I bought it earlier this year. But I realized that it is likely to have fungus inside. I decided to research on the internet on ways to clean ASICS sneakers. I found out that it isn’t good to use the washer and dryer. I think that is way my older sneakers didn’t last that long, maybe only 2 or 3 years, and they started to fall apart. So, I started to wash it by hand with natural detergents and sprays that remove tough stains. I noticed that the soles come out. So, I washed them separately by hand. Then, I washed the inside of my sneakers. Some of the stains didn’t come out, but the color looks vibrant. It was hard to rinse out all the soap. I placed it in the downstairs bathroom to dry. I didn’t know where a good place to put it. Someone I chatted with told about making a natural anti-fungal spray, and spray the inside of shoes everyday. I might do that, too. I should probably clean the inside of other shoes before I wear them.

Then, I relaxed during the rest of the day.

I noticed that at 8:07 pm, it is still light outside.

I am also putting my feet up on a stool when I am on the computer in order to reduce my right leg swelling. But I need to sit at the computer less, at least for now.
