Baking Soda Can Be A Highly Effective Treatment for Cancer!

Can plain old baking soda really zap cancer? According to recent research, even the most aggressive cancers that have metastasized have been reversed with cancer treatments based on this common household product! Chemotherapy  is toxic to all cells, and kills many healthy cells as well as cancerous ones, but it represents the main treatment given by almost all oncologists to their patients. The problem is that 9 out of 10 cancer sufferers have chemotherapy first, before investigating other, less harsh and invasive methods. However, doctors and drugs companies make money from it, which is frankly the only reason it is still in use.

Baking soda, or sodium bicarbonate/sodium hydrogen carbonate, to give it its chemical names, is a white crystalline solid which looks like a fine white powder.  It is also called bicarbonate of soda, cooking soda and bread soda.  It has various uses, both for cooking and for household matters, and also in some personal hygiene products, such as toothpaste.

Baking soda is highly relevant to pH medicine, since the pH of our body fluids and tissues is crucial, and central to our health. The nearer the pH is to 7.35-7.45, the closer we are to being in a perfect state of health.  If we stay within this range, it dramatically increases our chances of resisting illnesses and infections, such as colds and flu, besides preventing the onset of cancer and other diseases.

Studies have demonstrated that boosting bicarbonate levels through diet can increase the pH of acidic tumors (i.e. make them more alkaline) without upsetting the pH of healthy tissues and blood.  On the basis of these studies, and also because baking soda is safe and easy for the body to tolerate, world-renowned doctors like Dr Julian Whitaker  have adopted successful protocols for cancer treatments as part of a general program covering nutrition and immune support, for patients battling the disease.  The Whitaker method uses 12g ( 2 rounded teaspoons) of baking soda in 2 cups of  water, alongside a low-calorie sweetener of one’s own taste (since it tastes quite salty).  This mixture is to be sipped over an hour or two, around 3 times per day.

It has been proven that cancer cells can only exist in an acidic environment – every single patient dealing with cancer has a bodily pH which is too acidic. Cancer experts believe therefore that by giving the tumor micro-environment a buffering alkaline solution, it inhibits the growth of the said tumors and prevents metastasis.

However, care needs to be taken when using this baking soda method to treat cancer. This is due to the fact that sustaining a high pH (increased alkalinity in the body) can cause metabolic alkalosis and electrolyte imbalance, which can lead to heart and blood pressure problems. So this method should only be used under medical supervision.

  1. Baking soda has many wonderful uses. I always think that cancer is unique to each body as well and there are a number of factors in play. Plus your state of mind is also a huge factor. I wish it was this easy.
